Assignment 15- Caili Harris

Ever since I was little, I've had this infatuation with superheroes. I started out watching the classics: Spider-Man and Superman. Whenever either came on the tv, I would rush over, plop myself on the couch and not move until I'd watched at least five episodes; Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends by far proved to be my favorite, probably because of the strong female character- Firestorm. As the name implies, her main power was fire, however she could fly as well, and with one fireball she could take out the bad guy and save the day. I would've given anything to be like her. Later I discovered the magic of YouTube and found a 90's superhero show called Spider-Woman. Like Spider-Man she could shoot webs and lift objects 10x that a normal human could lift, but in edition she could fly and more than once she saved Spider-Man. She was confident and powerful. These powerful  women inspired me to dream big and reach for the stars, and never let me doubt for a moment that I could do anything I put my mind to and more.
