Assignment 14 - Sean Young

My thanksgiving has been the same for as long as I can remember. Every year my family drives to western Kentucky, to go and visit my grandmother in Lewisport. Every year we arrive, and my grandmother is so happy to see us as we only get to see her a couple of times every year. We always eat a grand Thanksgiving dinner, with all the usual fixings you have, such as turkey, stuffing, cranberry relish, green beans, rolls, and much more. I personally do not really like the holiday, as the reason for the celebration starting always seemed pretty lame to me. But otherwise, its a good holiday because I get to see my grandmother and spend some quality time with my family. My best memory of the holiday is when my aunt came from Florida one year to celebrate Thanksgiving, and my aunt is amazing, so of course I was excited to see her. All in all, Thanksgiving is an ok holiday and I guess I do look forward to it every year.
