Assignment 14 - Brenden Knuckles
My vision of Thanksgiving is just how one would expect: Go to your uncle's house you haven't been to in over a year, eat his food that he paid for, talk to nobody there, and leave feeling full. My Aunt might make some great ham, but that's not the point of Thanksgiving. Does it matter to me? Not one bit. It might come off as insensitive, but I've really just never been the social type, who would go around and talk to every cousin under the sun about their latest trip to McDonald's. What a generic Thanksgiving for me looks like is playing ping pong with my brother and sister, eating some good Thanksgiving food, and leaving not soon after. I always have to go back in December to do a secret Santa gift exchange, but that's really the extent of getting to know my extended family. Hopefully other people's Thanksgiving dinners are more eventful and entertaining than mine.
