Assignment 10 - Brenden Knuckles
If I'm unprepared, regardless of the situation, I'm struck with fear. Unpreparedness, for me, has always led to disaster. Even when I'm somewhat prepared for any sort of plan of action, I still manage to mess it up some way or another. Being unprepared is my worst fear, with public speaking as a close second.
Take for instance the idea of a huge math test coming up in the next few days. You think to yourself," Yeah, I've got this in the bag. Everything's easy, no need to worry about it." Come D-Day, every single question on that badly copied page is Greek. You don't understand it. You sit there, thinking to yourself," If only I would have studied." Tough luck, kid. You failed the test and you know it. Couple days later, you're trembling at your math class desk wondering what grade you got on that test. You take the test from the teacher's hands, and....
Oh. 93%. I guess you're better at math than you would've thought.
