Ben makes a good point. For this
week, put your gifts and skills on display by developing a "how-to."
Choose something that you have a level of expertise in and explain step by step
how it is done.
No repeats though! If
two people are both really talented at making ice and one beats the other to
the post on "How to make ice..." then, second person - you need to
reflect upon your other talents.
So, stop standing in the shade and
astound us!

you create.
