Assignment 19- Ben Hayden

Typically, I would describe myself as a pretty calm person, but earlier this year a co-worker really made me mad... I mean beyond anything i've ever felt before. My friend that was also working sensed i was mad and knew that he needed to clam me down before I did something I would regret in the future, so he pulled me over and said Ben if you let him or people like him get to you, you are worse than them. this simple quote, which may not mean anything to people who read this really hit me hard, Because I know for a fact I am better than the co-worker who made me mad, so if i stopped to his level it wouldn't make me just as bad it would make me worse, and I try to use this phrase anytime I get mad to this day, any and every time someone makes me mad.
