Assignment 24 - Trip Church

Junior year, wow.  It's really crazy to think that's nearly over.  Despite some classes dragging on for what felt like forever, time flew by.  Since the end of sophomore year, I've grown a lot and learned about myself, and how I fit into everything. I've learned to care less what others think of me, and to do what makes me happiest.  Maybe band isn't super cool, but so what? I love the feeling of performing and I have fun, so I'm going to keep doing that.  Getting to drive was amazing, the freedom that comes with it has probably been one of the highlights of junior year. I only took 3 AP classes, less than many of my academy peers, but they were still challenging, engaging, and enjoyable. I had to practice balancing the workload, because it was still a step up from sophomore year.  I'm looking forward to senior year, hopefully it will be a bit easier, despite the fact that i'll be taking 4 AP classes.  I've made many friends throughout this year, and I don't think I've lost too many.  I've become more confident in myself, and overall become a better person (I think).
