Assignment 23 - Lauren Chatifleld

My perfect playlist would be tunes for a good day. These songs are all songs that make me feel that melancholy, nostalgic, warm in my tummy feeling.
1. Not that Bad by Matt and Kim -- this one takes me back to 7th grade and when I first moved to Lexington. Always makes me feel optimistic about life.
2. 40 daydream by Edward Sharp and the Magnetic Zeroes -- This song has been my favorite tune for a few years now and I love it.
3. Darling Divine by Wild Child -- This one takes me back to sophomore year and reminds me of the fall
4. Little Bird by Ed Sheeran -- I had a 6th grade social studies teacher that I thought was SO cute and he liked Ed Sheeran and although looking back he was not cute at ALL, Ed's plus album always reminds me of myself and my giggly friends.
5. Waving Through a Window sang by Ben Platt -- I find this song so relatable, particularly with the theme of holding yourself back afraid of getting hurt. This song I've come across fairly recently.
6. Non-Stop from Hamilton -- reminds me of my dad and sophomore year and good memories
7. You Make my Dreams by Hall & Oates -- if anyone listens to this without feeling happy you're lying.
8. Build me Up Buttercup by The Foundations -- reminds me of camp
9. You and I by Wilco -- I don't why this makes me feel nostalgic because I don't remember when I first heard it but it reminds me of living in Chicago
10. Paradise Lane by Ike Reilly -- This song was written about my brother's car wreck and my brothers' band sings in it and Tom Morello plays guitar in it.
