Assignment 22- Joseph Craven

     Throughout my life, I have always loved experiencing new things that add some fresh changes to my life. This can be as big as travelling to somewhere I've never been before to something as small as meeting new people or listening to new music. Due to this, leaving Lexington, the place I've been living for nearly 15 years, seems like an ideal choice for college. One place I've been looking at is Virginia Tech, as it is a manageable drive from Lexington and I've toured it before, seeing it's great engineering program firsthand. However, one of the main colleges I've been considering is Clemson. It sounds perfect for me: less than 5 hours from Lexington, a great engineering program, an average amount of students, a great campus, right next to a lake I've sailed on multiple times, the list just goes on and on. However, this thought of a new experience is battling with the familiarity of UK and the thought that a lot of my friends will be attending UK. Due to this, I'm not entirely sure where I want to go.
