In the past year, I haven't read as many books as I would've liked to. Here are a few I read in the past year:
The Great Gatsby by Scott Fitzgerald
(This was a required class reading, but I still enjoyed reading this book)
The Tell-Tale Brain by V. S. Ramachandran
(I read parts of this book for my neuroscience class that I took during the summer and I thought it was really interesting so I ended up reading the rest of it afterwards)
The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat and Other Clinical Tales by Oliver Sacks
(I also read parts of this book for my neuroscience class, and was also interested by its clinical tales and read the rest of it)
The Selection Series by Kiera Cass
(I enjoyed reading this series)
The Mortal Instruments (Books 1-3 and half of 4) by Cassandra Clare
(I also enjoyed reading this fantasy series, but by book 4 the series started to stretch on and not go anywhere so I stopped in the middle of book 4.)
