And yet, somehow –amidst the scandal and outrage– no one is trying to find a solution. Accusations fly, but when someone begs the question "Well what're we gonna do about this?" a hush falls over the nation. I propose that a simple answer remains. It will take some time to implement, but the pay off that awaits (a feeling of true safety) will be paradise.
Boil down the issue of sexual misconduct and at the heart of it, lie the men. Through history ladies emerge the civilized socialites who grow and adapt with the times. The versatile woman is able to take on any role necessary (we need only to look to any past war times for evidence); be it the homemaker, the protector, the breadwinner, you name it. Whereas the man still allows primal instinct and urges to control him. However, he is unaware of the control these urges have on him, quite similar to a wild beast such as a silverback gorilla. Therefore he tries to defend himself and chooses not to regard the cognizant women who attempt to fix his errors. This is why we see all of these accusations pointed at men, but none at women.
In short, man –like beast– will never be able to live among woman without some threat of losing control. We must then ensure that men do not have the opportunity to be this threat. Simply put, they must be taken out of the equation.
The United States has ample resources and connections to quickly build just about anything. A series of institutions spread across the great nation would not be difficult to construct. Likewise, the rallying force of this country's women could just as easily round up every member of the opposite sex for relocating to these institutions. Once relocated, the males would be put to work for the bettering of the country. Most will carry out physical labor, but a select few will be reserved for the continuity of the species.
As stated previously, implementation will take considerable time, but that is just to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch. An army of women must be trained in the position of rounding up the men; facilities must be built; and, of course, we must find a way to get rid of their guns.
