Assignment 11 - Lauren Chatfield

LIZZY WOLFE!!!!!!!
On Monday, November 20th, 2017, I received a text from Lizzy stating as follows:
"Lauren chatfield i have never been so excited"
including a photo of this very blog post assignment

Since receiving this text, I have been growing more and more excited about writing this. If I were to compose a list of the top 5 best things that happened to me this semester, sitting next to Lizzy Wolfe would most definitely be one of them. Although the assignment says our posts don't "have to be all puppies and ice cream cones," get ready Mr. Logsdon. This will most definitely be ALL puppies and ALL ice cream cones.

I sat next to Lizzy for a while in Mr. Lentz's freshman English class which was where we first met. Although we got along great and one could even say we were destined to be bffs, we grew apart sophomore year. I didn't have any classes with Lizzy and we didn't particularly keep in touch. BUT, this year we sit next to each other AGAIN. When I switched into 3rd hour and was assigned/I chose my seat is was the most perfect timing ever. Although in somewhat different situations with different people, Lizzy and I were going through quite a few of the same things. I won't go into detail because it is not be right to share Lizzy's business but sitting next to her and being able to talk to someone in the same boat as me did tremendous things for my mental health. I am so thankful for the hour I spend next to Lizzy each day and how great of a friend she's been to me.

And my other neighbor, Mr. Logsdon. I've throughly enjoyed learning about his delightful family and the trials and tribulations of their yard. I have learned that he likes Doodles for brunch and we listen to the same spotify playlists and he has a cool phone. I'm sure I've learned plenty of other things but I am blanking right now.

I have two pretty awesome "neighbors"
