Imagine waking up only to hear something along the lines "Attention: This is a national emergency alert siren; the dead are rising and are attacking the living. Everyone is advised to seek shelter immediately." At first, I would believe that this is some big joke. Then, looking out the window,my fears would be confirmed. Panic would immediately set in, but I would soon realize that I need to create a survival plan. Staying at my house would be a short-term plan because my house only has so much food and the best weapon we own is a kitchen knife. Soon, I would have to leave the house. If I was able to access a car in this case, I would immediately head to a large retail store; these stores would certainly have a surplus of supplies and a group of talented survivors. Some good examples of stores would be Costco, which would have more than enough food, or Sportsman's Warehouse, which would have more than enough survival supplies. If I managed to make it to a major store and it wasn't completely overrun by zombies, I would settle there for as long as I can.
However, if a white walker invasion suddenly occurred, the best I could do would be to huddle in a corner until one of the walkers found me.
