To survive the zombie apocalypse you must give the zombies what they want: brain power. Therefore the best way to survive the zombie apocalypse would be dressing up as a zombie and disguising your scent. Travelling to a remote area with a miniscule population reduces the probability of infected humans. With a lesser chance of zombies searching to eat you, the chances of your survival increase. In addition, finding a town with a fairly sustainable food source and room for farm land is highly important. The longer your food supply lasts the longer you last. I would travel to a town such as midway, where there is an abundance of food and good farming land to tend. There I could hide in a boutique and grab weapons from the local homes, already evacuated. With plenty of food, an isolated, quiet, and smaller location, and my convincing zombie costume and cologne, I would most definitely survive the zombie apocalypse.
