The dark is what I wrote as my fear, and honestly everyone else should too. The dark is not only my fear, but it fascinates me, the psychological and philosophical aspects of the dark make it all the scarier. The dark is not only scary in the literal sense, but it can easy be applied to our lives as a whole. The dark represents the unknown, and what people don't know scares them. Which is why I believe that social change in America has proven to be hard. When it comes to issues people haven;t dealt with before, it scares them, and then they show it in their own way. It could be anger, sadness, and even end in protest. This is why it takes the brave people, the courageous, to reach into the unknown. Even if they don't want to admit it, they're scared too. They don't know what their idea or belief will be met with, whether the country embraces them or attempts to crush them. They must take the risk. They must persevere. If you don't confront that fear, it might haunt you forever.
