Assignment 20- Ben Hayden
One thing I am really good at is making "taco salad." The first and most important step to making a good taco salad is to choose your perfect meat. I really like turkey tacos, but both beef and chicken work well also. Once you choose your meat and prepare it, you must cook your taco shell in the oven so that it is both warm and crispy. Once you cook your shells you need to smash it up and put it in the bottom of the bowl. After the shells are in the bottom you add Mexican seasoned rice. Once you have these ingredients, feel forward to add any veggies you want, this is included but not limited to lettuce, tomatoes, avocados and beans. Once you get everything in your bowl, the best move is to add taco sauce on top of the salad, which helps to bring together all toe food groups in the salad and ties them all together.
